Position: Inside Account Manager
As an Inside Account Manager at ITRG, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts by providing operational, administrative, and call-based support. You will focus on driving membership renewals, growing accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and service activity plans; manage the full member life cycle.
- Lead all account management discussions with primary client stakeholders.
- Ensure clients maximize the value of their memberships by delivering exceptional service that drives renewals and future sales.
- Proactively respond to inbound requests from members and provide timely support.
- Lead discussions with service holders to understand key priorities and leverage internal resources to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to stay current and provide value to clients.
- Effectively communicate with C-level executives and other key decision-makers to align solutions with their business goals and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the IT Research and Advisory market is a plus.
- Teamwork experience is an asset.
- Experience working with local government clients would be an advantage.

- Active Listening: Skilled in identifying client needs by asking insightful questions and listening attentively.
- Executive Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
