The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of early implementation projects under the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan in Western Sydney. This role involves close collaboration with consultants and agency partners to oversee on-ground projects such as ecological restoration and koala exclusion fencing installation.
The successful candidate will also contribute to shaping policy documents and decisions, including the development of a Restoration Implementation Strategy. Additionally, they will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
