About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Success Officer to work within our Retention Division.
The Client Success Officer is responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and implementing retention strategies to improve client retention.
Your Key Focus
- Actively check in with and listen to clients, their support networks and our people to understand and support our clients’ requirements
- Monitor and develop reporting for relevant metrics
- Provide policy aligned and evidenced-based advice that may impact areas of focus for client acquisition and/ or retention
- Demonstrate ethical service delivery
- Critically reflect to identify and share opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
What We Look For
- Experience in analysing data and translating it into actionable insights to contribute to client acquisition, retention and/ or market growth
- Experience in the disability services sector and/ or similar
- Experience in non-for-profit organisations
