Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals.
- Engage in proactive sourcing of candidates using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.

Requirements
