About the Role
As Support Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving Biarri’s customer support function. You’ll lead a small team of Support Engineers, managing technical support tickets while working closely with developers, project managers, and clients. Your ability to prioritise, communicate, and problem-solve will be key in ensuring customers receive top-tier service for Biarri’s diverse software solutions.
What Success Looks Like
- Leadership & Coordination – Manage support resources, ensure timely resolution of issues, and collaborate with development teams for escalations
- Customer Engagement – Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported
- Process Improvement – Analyse support trends, streamline ticket management, and enhance workflows
- Technical & Business Alignment – Balance customer needs with internal resource allocation, ensuring business goals are met
- Experience leading a customer support or technical support team in a software-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Opsgenie, and software development workflows
- Ability to manage competing priorities, working closely with developers and project managers
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
