Description:

TLH Recruitment is proudly representing one of Australia's largest providers of Parts and Accessories based in Tullamarine and they arelooking for experienced and enthusiastic Replenishment Officers to join their Supply Planning team.
The role's primary purpose is to manage the creation, amendment, and tracking of purchase orders to ensure timely inventory replenishment, supporting seamless supply chain operations by maintaining optimal stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
The role offers a salary of $75k - $80k plus super (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning and Order Management

  • Create, manage, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, item details, and delivery schedules.
  • Address any discrepancies or delays, follow up with suppliers on order status, and adjust orders to align with demand.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchase order dates and manage inter-warehouse transfers.
  • Input and maintain inventory and supplier data as directed by supply planners.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate relationships with planners, product managers, and suppliers for smooth order processing and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in supply chain meetings and contribute to relevant initiatives.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
  • Identify and support supply chain improvement initiatives and assist planners with regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Supply Systems and Corporate Governance
  • Develop an understanding of inhouse supply/inventory management systems and suggest improvements for processes, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within appropriate authority levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
