You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new properties. With the support of a dedicated and experienced team, you will be empowered to excel and make a real impact in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities, growing the portfolio and strengthening the brand presence in the local market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Market Insight & Networking: Stay on top of market trends and opportunities, actively networking within the community and leveraging industry connections.
- End-to-End Service: Oversee the onboarding of new properties, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional service throughout the process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, property management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- A motivated and results-driven professional with real estate experience , ideally in business development or sales.
- You have a strong understanding of the local market in the inner eastern suburbs and know how to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
- A relationship builder, you thrive on networking, connecting with clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- You’re self-driven, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within real estate and hold a current real estate certification.
