The Opportunity
Sought after opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join our highly successful property management team for our prestigious account; Charter Hall. They operate in a fast paced, commercial environment that will utilise your attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support to the Facilities Management team in service delivery across assets at a state level
- Onboarding new starters in the state
- A pivotal point between onsite facility management team, FM Team leader and the client to ensure FM tasks are completed on time
- Supporting national initiatives and driving participation and outcomes within the FM team
- Championing change such as a new services platform rollout, process improvements and system updates
About you:
- Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed
- A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
