Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of duties, while fostering skill development and continuous improvement.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Take responsibility for the end-to-end management of inventory, supply, and forecasting, ensuring integrity and efficiency within the system.
- Customer-Centric Operations: Work closely with sales and finance teams to optimize inventory flow and meet customer needs effectively, driving satisfaction and growth.
- Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Implement best practices, develop data-driven solutions, and establish key performance indicators to enhance performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Sustainability & Safety: Lead the OH&S team to promote workplace safety while collaborating on sustainability projects across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory control and procurement.
- A results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics in a multi-warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration across all business levels.
- Experience working with both domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Knowledge of wholesale, retail, and after-sales service in the hardware industry is highly desirable.
- Passion for continuous improvement, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to sustainability and workplace safety.
