In this role, you will ensure effective coordination of training activities, compliance reporting and the implementation of best practices in Learning & Development.
Your days will involve:
- Assisting in the design, coordination, and review of learning programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Supporting the facilitation of learning programs in face-to-face and online environments.
- Ensuring learning evaluations are conducted and reported on for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with external training providers, vendors, and subject matter experts for specialised training programs.
- Managing the scheduling of learning programs, including room bookings, invitations, catering, and confirmations.
- Act as the central point of contact for queries and manage the centralised L&D mailbox.

- Education: Certificate 1V of Human Resources (or a related field).
- Certifications: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Desirable
