Your new role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Area Leader to join our VIC/TAS team.

As an Area Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our retail operations, leading multiple stores across both metropolitan and regional areas across Victoria and Tasmania. What We're Looking For:
* Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in multi-site retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving high performance and meeting commercial targets across multi-site business.
* Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and EBIT targets, identify efficiencies, and implement business plans for sustainable growth. Experience working in retail space with warehouse requirements a definite advantage.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport with teams and stakeholders alike.
* Coaching Skills: A talent for inspiring and developing teams, creating high levels of engagement, and maintaining a focus on results and solutions.
* Passion for the Brand: Enthusiastic and committed to the Fantastic Furniture brand and its values.
* Flexible and Adaptable: Someone who loves travelling from store to store and adapts to constantly changing priorities – retail is an ever-changing and dynamic space!
