- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on all HR operational matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.
- ANZ HR Operations Leadership: Oversee and manage all HR operations for the ANZ region, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of HR services.
- People Management: Directly manage and mentor one HR Operations professional, fostering their growth and development.
- Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and data.
- Employee Experience: Champion a positive employee experience by delivering exceptional HR services and support.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global COE’s to align ANZ operations with global strategies and initiatives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver insightful HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Proven experience in HR operations management, ideally within a matrix organisation.
- Strong understanding of ANZ employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent people management and development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the medical device industry and its impact on people's lives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
