Your new role is with a pioneering force, and you are seeking a HR Operations Manager role. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting employees and contribute to the organisations mission of improving lives.
What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on all HR operational matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.
  • ANZ HR Operations Leadership: Oversee and manage all HR operations for the ANZ region, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of HR services.
  • People Management: Directly manage and mentor one HR Operations professional, fostering their growth and development.
  • Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and data.
  • Employee Experience: Champion a positive employee experience by delivering exceptional HR services and support.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global COE’s to align ANZ operations with global strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver insightful HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in HR operations management, ideally within a matrix organisation.
  • Strong understanding of ANZ employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent people management and development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the medical device industry and its impact on people's lives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
