With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Specifics of the Associate Director role

  • You have already held a role in professional services or consulting and have 7-10 year�s experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in business development and selling.
  • Experience and interest in facilitation, presentation, or coaching, bringing an executive presence and sense of gravitas.
  • An interest in designing and development of learning journeys, particularly in the field of Leadership Development and or Business Acumen.
  • Highly client centric with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing relationships, expanding your network, and driving consistent sales activity to identify opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.

BTS Leadership

Tracey Bunyard is a qualified Accountant and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in general management across industries spanning Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology. For the past eight years, Tracey has been the General Manager of BTS Australia. Tracey has deep expertise partnering with commercial leaders to create customer value, supporting customer and sales transformations, and delivering business strategy and assessment. Tracey is a proud Indigenous woman who lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.

Stephanie Peskett is a HR practitioner, PCC accredited Coach, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting people and strategy development in the world�s leading organisations. She partners with clients to transform their learning, culture, talent management, and top-to-bottom leadership development initiatives. Stephanie also collaborates with Executives to support major people and organisational change initiatives. Stephanie lives in Sydney with her partner and three children.

They are ably supported by a Director, Commercial Operations, and Head of People Experience and Project Enablement; and with experienced Consultants committed to the BTS purpose.
