Your Opportunity:
We are excited to recruit for this new role for our Blackwoods Group business! You will be leading and overseeing the full end to end execution of all enterprise (multi-function) priority programs ensuring they are delivered and embedded on time and on budget. Your new role will see you working with key stakeholders across the business including but limited to IT, Finance, Strategic Planning, Governance and our Executive Leadership Team.
About your new role:
You will be responsible to:
- Develop, deliver, and embed EPMO strategies aligned with business objectives
- Establish and drive governance frameworks, project methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective program delivery
- Oversee project portfolio to ensure ongoing alignment with company goals
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines to ensure successful execution with updates and insights to executive leadership
- Foster strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to enhance project delivery, change management, and end user experience
- Lead development and prioritisation of process design across systems and non-systems solutions to ensure and achieve cross functional execution
- Optimise resource allocation and address capability gaps
- Ensure benefit planning, realisation design, and reporting is accurate and achieved
About You:
- 10+ years post qualification ideally in business management, project management or a related discipline
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with end-to-end responsibility for enterprise program delivery
- Successful complex multi-stream program delivery experience with deep project management experience
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to align programs with business objectives
- Ability to build strategic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous improvement and Agile principles
- Knowledge or certifications in Six Sigma or Lean process methodologies and standards
- Knowledge or certifications in Project and Program management methodologies and standards an advantage, PMP or Prince II certification preferred
- Knowledge of Change Management principles
