​Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Follow the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) system by placing new food at the back and older food in front to prioritize usage.
  • Review the packing plan and coordinate with the cold processing team to prepare components for packing.
  • Consistently inspect food before passing it to the production team to ensure the correct items are being packed.
  • Maintain standard temperature levels to keep food safe for up to 48 hours.
  • Uphold hygiene standards in the room and cover food immediately upon receipt.
  • Check all machinery and ensure they are functioning correctly. Raise maintenance tickets for any issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.​​​​

Job Requirements but not limited to:

  • Previous experience in food production, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Familiarity with equipment maintenance and production processes in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient operations.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
