Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Follow the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) system by placing new food at the back and older food in front to prioritize usage.
- Review the packing plan and coordinate with the cold processing team to prepare components for packing.
- Consistently inspect food before passing it to the production team to ensure the correct items are being packed.
- Maintain standard temperature levels to keep food safe for up to 48 hours.
- Uphold hygiene standards in the room and cover food immediately upon receipt.
- Check all machinery and ensure they are functioning correctly. Raise maintenance tickets for any issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Job Requirements but not limited to:
- Previous experience in food production, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and production processes in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient operations.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
