Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Manager to join an exciting land development project. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, converting leads to sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also manage the sales process, build relationships with clients and builders, maintain the CRM system, and ensure that sales and settlement targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Oversee all sales inquiries, qualify leads, and drive conversions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by nurturing relationships and responding to client needs.
- CRM Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system, tracking all client interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with builders, investors, and other key partners.
- Contract Management: Accurately process contracts, conditions, and deposits, ensuring compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Attend regular sales meetings, collaborate with internal teams, and provide progress reports.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, aiming for 8-10 sales per month.
Option 1 – Salary + Overrider:
Option 2 – Debit Credit + Commission
The On Target Earnings for this role will be $130,000 - $150,000 annually
Start Date:
Flexible depending on the successful candidate’s notice period.
