The business is built on two brands and they are set to launch a “Marketing as a Service” initiative, which will be a game changer with plug and play solutions for customers.
Role Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute a powerful brand strategy across the portfolio to cement position in the renewable energy space.
- Define voice, positioning and customer journey, ensuring stand out in a competitive market.
- Oversee the development of compelling brand narratives that resonate with customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute an industry-leading PR and media strategy, positioning brands as the authority in solar and renewable energy.
- Manage media relationships, thought leadership pieces, industry reports and speaking engagements.
- Own internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop high-impact, ROI-driven campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects and drive sales.
- Own the customer funnel—from awareness to conversion—leveraging HubSpot, SEO, content marketing, digital advertising and account-based marketing.
- Partner with sales, customer service, tech solutions and training teams to create sales collateral that shortens sales cycles.
- Map and optimise the entire customer experience (CX), ensuring seamless interactions from first touch to repeat purchase.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and buying behaviours.
- Leverage data and insights to refine and enhance customer interactions.
- Develop & optimise websites for engagement and conversion.
- Manage and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media advertising).
- Own SEO & SEM strategy, ensuring high rankings for industry keywords.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Build a strong internal marketing capability while managing external agencies and freelancers.
- Scale the team and function in alignment with business growth, ensuring marketing remains a commercial driver.
- Build a suite of templated marketing solutions (campaigns, sales kits, social content, etc.).
- Launch and scale this service as a revenue-generating business unit.
