What You'll Be Doing

• Relationship Management : Develop and nurture key relationships both internally and externally, representing our company with professionalism and expertise
• Team Leadership : Guide a talented team of two sales representatives driving success in the dairy and beef markets
• Strategic Direction : Create and implement effective action plans and strategies that deliver measurable results
• Commercial Excellence : Manage commercial business performance across ANZ, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
• Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing team to develop initiatives that resonate with our target audience
• Product Development : Help shepherd exciting new products from concept to commercialization (pun intended)

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced professional with proven success in driving sales within the veterinary market
• A natural leader who inspires team performance even during challenging market conditions
• A highly organized individual capable of managing multiple priorities with precision
• Someone with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and convert them into commercial success
• Ideally based in or near Brisbane, though we're open to candidates on Australia's east coast within an hour of an airport
