A dedicated Program Delivery Office has been established to coordinate these efforts and ensure smooth implementation of major projects, including improvements to rail infrastructure.
One flagship project involves significant upgrades to the rail network, delivering long-term community benefits such as enhanced travel services, new stations, and active transport pathways. We're also committed to creating social and economic outcomes through employment, training, and collaboration with local businesses.
To support these initiatives, we are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and assist in maintaining high standards of document control and governance.
Key Responsibilities:As an Advisor (Document Control), you'll play a critical role in supporting the success of transport infrastructure projects by:

Maintaining and updating document control management plans throughout project lifecycles.

Supporting users in adhering to document management processes and ensuring timely and compliant handling of documents.

Assessing and improving document and information management systems and processes.

Storing and tracking all project-related documents to ensure security and compliance with state policies.

Delivering training sessions on document control systems for team members and external parties.

Coordinating the review and approval process for complex documentation.

Developing workflows within document management systems and administering data sources such as InEight Document, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Content Manager.

Preparing correspondence, reports, audit materials, and submissions in line with organisational standards.

Supporting archiving and record-keeping tasks.
