Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Recruitment Manager to drive engagement with employer groups and industry and market ETC’s services across employment, training and community. You will have full responsibility for overseeing the account management teams on the Wivenhoe region, providing leadership and coaching to increase capability and performance. The location of this role is flexible, and can be based from any of ETC’s offices on the Ipswich region.
This is a full time position with an attractive salary including a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, monthly accrued day off (ADO) and salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay.

You have a solid track record in sales and demonstrable experience leading a team to achieve business objectives and KPI’s. With an engaging, influential nature, you have the ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships with a diverse range of people. You have well-developed negotiation skills and can facilitate cohesion between different groups while providing coaching and guidance to drive the success of your team. Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrable track-record in a sales leadership role
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check
