About the position:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to take on a leadership role as Head of the Property Law Division. You’ll have full autonomy to build and lead your own team while shaping the future of the firm’s property law practice.
Your work will encompass a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, and property developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Property Law Division and lead it to success
- Build, manage, and mentor your own high-performing team of lawyers and support staff
- Oversee a diverse caseload of property matters, including residential, commercial, leasing, and development projects
- Collaborate with the firm’s owner and leadership team on strategic goals and growth opportunities
- Contribute to the firm’s positive culture by fostering team cohesiveness and collaboration
- 5+ years PAE in property law, with strong experience in residential and commercial matters
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and staff
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving both personal and firm goals
- Admission as a solicitor in Australia
