- Managing purchase orders as required. Take offs as required, raising, amending, deleting purchase orders
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, organising and maintaining supplier & sub-contractor agreements, negotiating the best price / value, confirm lead times and availability.
- Reconciling supplier purchase orders, cost categories, during and final review at the completion of project.
- Liaise and provide support to site supervisors with any on-site construction detailing issues that may arise
- Prepare accurate feasibilities of construction projects
- Prepare accurate estimations of construction projects
- Provide support and assistance to project manager with tender project pricing
- Provide support and assistance to design team with construction details as required
- Minimum 3 years High End Residential estimating experience
- Sound knowledge of conventional and modern construction processes
- Microsoft Office Suite of Products: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Wunderbuild (training available)
- Ability to communicate to fellow staff with the appropriate level of detail.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner, verbally and electronically, with designers, engineers, contractors and construction supervisors
- Self-manage time including, determining priorities, being efficient and completing tasks to given timeframes.
- Strong Administrative skills including: accuracy, consistency and reliability.
