- Oversee the day to day running of the Scheduling department
- Process on site variations
- Provide support to the Construction Team
- Ensure your team provides accurate take offs of material quantities from plans
- Review margins against Estimated and provide feedback
- Liaise with and ensure competitive pricing from suppliers
- Experienced in Scheduling and Estimating with proven Management experience in a similar role or a desire to take the next step in your career
- Diploma of Building and Construction / Certificate IV in Building or equivalent industry experience
- Highly proficient in Excel, and construction programs.
- Attention to detail, organised, diligent
- Familiarity with different construction types (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer), experience in double storey highly regarded
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change
- Current authority to work in Australia
- Work as part of an experienced team of managers
