About the role
As our business grows and becomes more sophisticated, we seek an experienced Training and Compliance Officer to provide KRSP with critical assistance in monitoring, measuring, and maintaining compliance across our business operations.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, this role will ensure our legal and ISO accreditation requirements are met, assist in communicating compliance requirements, create and conduct training, and work collaboratively across business units to ensure policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs, conduct needs analyses, and maintain training records
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and legal obligations. Conduct audits, investigate violations, and manage compliance registers.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams to develop, update, and communicate policies and procedures.
This is a permanent, residential role based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

Essential criteria:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compliance/auditing/governance experience
- Current C class driver’s licence and a good driving history
- Experience in managing change
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001 and Australian Standards
- Lead HSEQ Auditor competency
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
- Experience in adult learning principles and training design
