About the Role:
As a Prestart Consultant , you’ll be the guiding hand for clients as they make key selections for their new home. From fixtures and fittings to colours and finishes, you’ll provide expert advice to ensure their vision comes to life. This is a busy, detail-oriented role that requires exceptional organisational skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive prestart consultations with clients, helping them make selections that align with their lifestyle and budget
- Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and home customisation options
- Ensure all selections are accurately documented and communicated to relevant departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prestart to construction
- Deliver a high level of customer service, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process
- Solid experience in a similar prestart or interior design role within the home building industry
- Strong understanding of building processes, products, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide clients through key decisions
- Ability to manage multiple consultations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for home design and an eye for detail
