About the role
We are now looking for a new enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join us in the role of Customer Service Officer.
Working closely with our Gateway Support team, your primary focus will be to ensure that all inbound calls are answered, directed and recorded promptly and efficiently. This role also undertakes a number of administrative tasks. We have the goal of providing excellent service to our customers and this role is integral to the achievement of that goal.
About you
To be considered you must have the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment. With all that, for this to be the perfect job you also need to enjoy talking to a wide range of people and take a lot of pride in your customer service skills. A friendly, professional phone manner is essential.
