This is a senior leadership role with a direct reporting line to the ELT, focused on overseeing commercial operations across legal and risk for the whole company.
The Opportunity
- Provide high-level commercial and legal advice to senior leadership
- Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and risk management
- Manage key client relationships and external legal partnerships
- Lead dispute resolution and commercial strategy development
- Ensure all agreements align with business objectives and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience
- Strong expertise in contract law, risk management & compliance
- Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Experience in mining, contracting, or heavy industry (preferred)
- Expertise in international jurisdictions will be highly regarded
