As the company expands its global footprint, it is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Exploration Manager to oversee and execute its exploration programs. Role Summary:
The Exploration Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing exploration strategies that drive project advancement and resource growth across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strong technical and operational leader who can effectively manage multi-disciplinary exploration teams, drilling programs and target generation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to ensure exploration activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute exploration strategies to identify and advance high-quality critical minerals deposits.
• Lead drilling campaigns, resource delineation, and geological modelling across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee and manage field teams, contractors and technical consultants to ensure efficient and cost-effective exploration.
• Conduct detailed geological, geophysical and geochemical data analysis to refine exploration targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and permitting requirements in all operating regions.
• Work closely with corporate leadership, investors and strategic partners to provide technical insights and updates on exploration progress.
• Identify and evaluate new acquisition and exploration opportunities that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all field activities adhere to company and industry safety standards.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• A University Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mineral exploration, with a focus on critical minerals such as lithium, nickel or copper.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale exploration programs and manage multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Strong technical expertise in target generation, drill program execution and resource development.
• Proficiency in GIS and 3D modelling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Surpac).
• Experience in JORC-compliant reporting and resource estimation processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote exploration environments and manage complex logistics.
• A willingness to travel internationally to oversee global exploration programs.
