Your opportunity
We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor at Westfield Booragoon to lead the concierge services team in delivering a high level of personalised and professional customer service to our living centre visitors, promoting the centre as service focused, fostering customer relationships and encouraging repeat visitation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Concierge team
- Build and nurture a customer centric culture
- Manage team performance, succession planning, recruitment, induction, and development.
- Own the rostering, budgets and forecast management.
- Review and analyse customer feedback to capture insights and realise opportunities.

- Administrative tasks as required
- Manage turnover collection and database management
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to improve the concierge experience.
