Who Are We Looking For?

Your Role:
- Assist clients with daily living activities – personal care, dressing, and hygiene
- Support mobility, walking programmes, and falls prevention
- Provide social and emotional support – be a trusted companion
- Assist with nutrition, meal preparation, and hydration
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Allied Health teams
- Use digital tools to document care and communicate effectively
What You’ll Need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Strong communication & digital literacy skills
- A passion for aged care and community-based support
- Desirable: Experience in aged care, First Aid/CPR, or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support
- Required: Current unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Pay: $23.23 – $68.00 per hour
