Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Kronos applications, troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements for enhancements and modifications to the system.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data processed by Kronos.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Work with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of software updates and patches.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Stay current with Kronos updates and industry best practices to optimize system usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience providing support for Kronos applications.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of human resources and payroll processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
- Kronos certifications or relevant training are highly desirable.
