Join Findex as a Client Services Officer and work alongside industry professionals who care about making a positive impact! We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual who can provide administrative support to the team and ensure a high level of customer care.
We are looking for someone who has any client-facing or administrative experience. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position based in our Dubbo office.
What will your typical week look like?
- Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
- Administration tasks including database maintenance, document management, and client invoicing.
- Providing general administrative support to team members.

- Experience in customer services, administration, or any front of house role is highly desirable.
- A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
