Working in the Payroll Team , you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes, all while continuously improving our systems and processes. What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy for standard compensation, bonuses, commissions, and statutory payments.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, business partners, and third parties with a focus on solving issues and enhancing relationships.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Support payroll audits and collaborate on projects to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll provider to ensure smooth operations.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • A passion for detail and efficiency, with experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a drive to problem-solve and continuously improve.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (and other Microsoft Office tools), with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
