About the RoleOur Transport Tender Team has an opportunity for someone to join us on a 12 month contract as a Senior Administrator. This is a great opportunity to excel your career by collaborating with senior leaders in a high impact role and gaining exposure to large-scale projects in a dynamic infrastructure sector.
In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting the Strategy & Growth team with tendering and bid management processes. You will provide high-level coordination and administrative support, ensuring seamless team operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and efficient delivery of key projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the tendering team.

Coordinating meetings, including scheduling across multiple individual’s diaries.

Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items and deliverables.

Assisting in coordinating team members from various teams across transport, ensuring availability and commitments are well managed.

Arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and itineraries.

Managing SharePoint administration and document control.

Supporting team collaboration and communication across functions.

Ensuring smooth workflow within the team by proactively identifying and resolving administrative challenges.

Expertise in an administrative, team assistant, or coordination role.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage completing priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Prior experience working in transport, infrastructure, or service-based industries, or within bid management environments would be highly advantageous.
