About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women’s and Babies Division as an Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit and involves leadership, management, and the coordination of nursing or midwifery services to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Associate Manager works closely with senior nursing staff and healthcare providers to maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing or midwifery staff in the unit, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
