About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Nurse/Midwife to provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, whether you're starting out as a novice or working towards proficient practice. You'll be responsible for delivering nursing and midwifery care while working closely under the guidance of experienced professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

At this level, you will have the autonomy to take responsibility for your actions while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve providing compassionate care, prioritising patient needs, and recognising changes in clinical conditions. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care and contributing to a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Nursing Registration: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Clinical Competency: Ability to prioritise tasks, recognise and report changes in clinical conditions, and provide care in line with current standards and practices.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the Enrolled Nurse's role and relevant legislation, ethical codes, and competency standards in healthcare settings.
