About the Role
As our Human Resources Advisor, you will report directly to the General Manager, overseeing daily HR operations and strategic people initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management & efficiency: Oversee daily HR functions and CRM, including policy development, compliance, and team member lifecycle processes.
- Team Member Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and resolve workplace concerns.
- Recruitment and Workforce Management: Coordinate hiring, workforce planning, and training programs to support team growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Australian employment laws, Awards, and workplace safety standards.
- Strategic HR Support: Provide data-driven insights and support change management initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

What You Bring
- Minimum of four years’ experience as an HR generalist or HR advisor.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, Awards, and regulations.
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Employment Hero is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Mandatory Requirements
- Current DHS Working with Children Clearance or NDIS Clearance.
- National Criminal History Check (within the last six months).
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
