ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Full Time Boutique Manager, you will be the heart of the Southland boutique, embodying L'Occitane's brand’s values and fostering a culture of excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression on our clients.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
- Operational Support: Cversee the daily operations to ensure the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently.
ABOUT YOU:
- A genuine passion for beauty and a keen understanding of the retail industry
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a management role within a similar retail business
- Proven experience in team leadership or coaching.
- Strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIs
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
