About the Role:
We are excited to present an opportunity to join a boutique agency with a highly regarded team that values entrepreneurial spirit, professional growth, and exceptional service. You will be doing all things within the commercial sales and leasing space. On offer is an exciting remuneration package with untapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial sales and leasing activity across a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Leverage your existing client base to generate new business and expand relationships with both landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate and secure sales and lease agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Provide expert market insights and advice to clients, guiding them through the leasing and sales process.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the agency’s commercial portfolio.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team to achieve collective goals and success.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive with a strong existing client base OR strong residential sales skills looking to move to commercial
- Demonstrated success in business development and the ability to generate new leads and close deals.
- Strong knowledge of the property market and leasing trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and succeed within a boutique agency.
- Ability to work independently while also being an active contributor to a collaborative team environment.
- Hold your Agents Rep certificate/Cert 4 in Real Estate
