Here is a role to really sink your teeth into! We are working with a commercial client with an excellent name in the inner south east. We would love to talk to you if you have a prior property sales experience in commercial, but if you are looking at moving across from residential we would love to talk with you too!
Develop and secure new clients to ensure the growth of the business within a team culture.
You will work as part of our Commercial Sales & Leasing Team who have a strong working relationship with their Property Management team.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Client Liaising & Meetings
- Negotiate deals
- Instruction to Solicitors and provide commercial advice on lease matters
- Submission preparation and presentation
- Market Research – Contribute to research publications and presentations
- Coordinating tenant, buyer & consultant inspections
- Client Reporting
- Tenant/Buyer Follow up
- Seek & secure new listings
- Prepare Agency Agreements
- Prepare Agency/Listing Submissions
- Liaise with marketing agents and clients on marketing initiatives
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships
- Ability to work without supervision
- Decision making, Problem solving skills & Conflict Resolution
- Sound numeracy skills
- Excellent personal presentation
