Location: Townsville

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 9-5

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Support Admin / Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls and emails.

• Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.

• Maintain office organization and ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.

• Handle inquiries, assist with customer service requests, and route information to the appropriate departments.

• Prepare and file documents, manage office correspondence, and assist with data entry.

• Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

• Work closely with Senior Management and complete ad-hoc administration tasks

Required to hold and maintain - blue card, driving license and a clean police record.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Friendly and professional phone manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
