About the role…
We are seeking a receptionist who thrives in a fast paced, customer service environment. You will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all clients who come into MICM Real Estate Southbank office.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday role.
Key responsibilities include
- Screening telephone calls and accurately relaying messages.
- Handle all client enquiries efficiently and accurately to ensure clients leave with a positive image of our company.
- Issuing and Receiving keys to contractors, owners and renters, assisting with renter application enquiries
- Receipt monies for rental, owner's corporation and sales fees
- Operating the Microsoft Teams phone system
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume Reception area
- Professionally presented with a strong commitment to customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Mandarin language speaking encouraged to apply
