The Role | What You’ll Be Doing:
Stepping into this role means immersing yourself in a broad and stimulating range of commercial and property law matters . From property transactions and leasing to owners’ corporation advice, development projects, and corporate advisory , this role offers variety, challenge, and career progression.
Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on leasing, developments, and property disputes
• Handling owners’ corporation matters and general property law issues
• Providing strategic legal guidance to businesses and corporations
• Engaging in matters related to the retirement and aged care sector
• Collaborating with accredited specialists and senior lawyers on complex cases

About You | What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years PAE with experience in commercial and property law.
• Mid-large size law firm experience advantageous.
• Must have a stable work history (no job hoppers).
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills – build trust with clients and colleagues.
• A passion for delivering client-focused solutions.
• The ability to manage files independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
