Description:
- Up to $100K (based on experience)
- Hybrid available after 6 Months

- No car required - Very short walk from the Train Station
Working alongside a Senior Strata Manager who has been with the business over 8 years, you will support them with managing approx. 1800 lots
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Daily contact with external stakeholders (contractors & committee members)
- Issue work orders and follow-up with contractors
- Assist with preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to strata schemes
- Possibly managing a very small portfolio of your own (150-200 lots)
- Strata admin experience & Strata Certificate are essential
- Bright and bubbly, proactive work attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
