Join this small allied health provider located in Springwood committed to their mission to guide and support children and young adults, and their families, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives!- $80,000 - $95,000 + Super
- Paediatric & Young adult caseload based in the clinic (60%) and out in the community (40%)
- Weekly supervision, gradual increase of caseload capped at 20 billable hours per week & $1500 PD allowance

You will see 20 private & NDIS clients 0-21 years in clinic (60%) and community settings (40%) per week. In your role, you will:
- Conduct initial assessments
- Create tailored therapy plans
- Record progress notes
- Write relevant NDIS progress reports
- Undertake a full day (first day) onboarding with the director going through policies, procedures and systems
- On your second day you will see 1-2 clients, shadowed by another OT, and have daily check in's for your first 2 weeks.
- You will gradually increase your caseload as you develop your confidence, capping at 20 billables or the first 12 months
- Have weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with your Director (with extensive paediatric OT experience)
- Access a $1500 CPD allowance for external professional development to undertake external training
- Informal opportunities for mentoring from your team for further support
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
