  • Paediatric caseload based predominantly in the clinic & WFH options for admin
  • Small team offering LOTs of professional support; weekly supervision, peer mentoring, gradual increase of caseload & uncapped PD allowance
This growing multidisciplinary practice based in Central Brisbane is passionate about delivering quality assessment, treatments and support to its paediatric patients and their families.

How you will be supported:
  • Uncapped professional development allowance so you can upskill in your area of interest
  • Weekly 1:1 Supervision with an OT with exceptional Paediatric experience
  • Peer mentoring from your team
  • Gradual increase of caseload whilst you learn (tailored to you)
  • Administration team to complete bookings and billings
  • Structure onboarding process; first two- three weeks is paid training, shadowing head OT to see how she practices, she will support you with your new caseload and completing your initial assessments
The Team Vibe:
This close knit team made up of 2 admin assistants, 1 child psychologist, 2 very experienced OT's, a dietician, 2 Speech Pathologists & 2 AHA's, foster a fun and supportive atmosphere in the workplace! They like to get together outside of work to engage in team building, multidisciplinary training and for the odd dinner or two!

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
