Description:
DescriptionGHD Design empowers transformation at the speed of change.
Through the power of commitment, we innovate for positive impact, catalyse creativity and foster collaboration to design a better physical world, together. We imagine a more integrated built environment, one that embodies your values and those you are building with and designing for, while also making our shared future more sustainable.
We empower not only a sense of place with what we co-create but ignite a sense of community we can all share. The places we live, work and play are more than homes, offices and public spaces. We know we are creating more than a place, we are crafting societal behaviours and influencing the actions people take. That’s the power of our integrated offering. That’s the power of our commitment to you and the world in which we live.
The way we design and build the environment around us changes everything. It’s why we remain committed to a future-forward, design-led approach. It grants us a unique agility to innovate solutions in anticipation of our client’s needs. It also facilitates true collaboration, bringing people together to make meaningful experiences with one another.

GHD: The Power of Commitment
At GHD, we don’t just believe in the power of commitment, we live and breathe it every day.
Community impact is important to us, influencing how we work, our projects and how we give back. Our GHD in the Community program partners with not-for-profit organisations so that we can work on pro-bono projects, as well as volunteering and fundraising for philanthropic and humanitarian causes. As a business, we also channel some of our profits into the GHD Foundation , a registered charity that addresses disadvantage and inequality in children accessing STEAM education in the countries where we live and work.
Within GHD, our employee groups and networks help us foster community, find our tribe, and celebrate what makes us unique. These groups play a big part in our global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, creating spaces for meaningful and safe conversations, connecting with likeminded individuals, and creating a voice to leadership.
