Our client is a quickly growing piling & foundations contractor with offices based in the Brisbane & nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their busy crew in Brisbane. There are several projects are across the Brisbane Metroplex, across infrastructure, industrial, and high-rise commercial sectors.Requirements:
- Proven Site Supervisor experience and track record within the piling and / or ground engineering industry.
- Experience across small / medium sized deep foundation / retention projects.
- Strong knowledge across CFA & Bored Piling projects.
- Solid experience and knowledge of piling in infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong leader with the ability to head up teams and drive progress.
- Ability to manage small / medium sized piling crews.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaison with clients and governing bodies.
- Excellent record & paperwork keeping.
- Focused on adhering to high WHS standards.
- Must have full Australian work rights , drivers license and white card.
- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising piling projects such as CFA, Bored pier and CSM.
- Projects will be across Brisbane with potential for interstate work.
- This role will involve setting up the construction sites, allocation and general upkeep of heavy plant, equipment and labour allocation.
- Regular client liaison and site meetings.
- Supervision of the piling / ground engineering crew.
- Ensuring WHS records are kept up to date as well as accurate site records.
