The Location

The Role
As part of our successful Hotel Services team with Bolton Clarke Winders in Banora Point, your role as a Part time Cook will ensure our aged care residents are provided with high quality, nutritious meals. Duties include:
- Taking direction from the Chef Manager
- Assisting with cooking high quality, nutritious meals for our senior residents
- Ensuring all food is prepared, cooked and served in accordance with legislation
To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar
- Food Handling and Hygiene certificate
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen within aged care or a hospital preferable
- Bulk cooking experience highly desirable
- Experience with texture modified food advantageous
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Complete a police check
- Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations (minimum of 1 dose)
