Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in financial planning support? We’re recruiting for a CLient Service Officer (CSO) to join a leading financial planning firm on the Gold Coast, offering a modern office environment with convenient parking.
The Role:
This full-time, permanent position provides an opportunity to work in a supportive and professional team in a small team. The CSO will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by managing diaries, scheduling appointments, assisting with compliance tasks, and supporting financial advisors & Senior CSO with administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments for financial advisors
- Follow up on yearly client reviews and renewals
- Handle compliance tasks, including preparing and sending out service agreements and other paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to financial advisors
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents, including ROAs and SOAs (experience desirable but not essential)
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Maintain profesional relationships to product providers
- Reception duties, greeting clients in a professional manner
- Work with internal systems such as Xplan and Microsoft Office for document management and reporting
- Previous experience in a financial planning support role or similar administrative position is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Xplan (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Good diary management and time maangemetn skills
